Siempre que queramos decir «lo contrario», es decir, «the opposite», usaremos «the direct opposite» o «the other way around» (mi favorita para demostrar nivel en inglés C1)
- The opposite
- The reverse
- The direct opposite
- The other way around/round
Ejemplos:
-I always thought that English grammar was difficult but it has turned out to be the other way around/round ( the opposite)
-I always thought that English grammar was difficult but it has turned out to be the direct opposite.
-I always thought that English grammar was difficult but it has turned out to be the reverse.
-I always thought that English grammar was difficult but it has turned out to be the opposite.
